About Caged Dragon

Caged Dragon, approaching it's 5 year anniversary is the premier martial arts club in the Brantford / Brant County area. The facility has over 3000 square feet of space to provide its members with showers / changeroom with lockers, cardio & strength training equipment, heavy bag area with speed bags, banana bags, double end bags & your standard boxing bags.

A full size professional Everlast boxing ring, over 900 square feet of grappling matts & we are happy to annonce the addition of a cage in the new year for our MMA competitors.

We offer our little dragon kickboxing classes for kids ages 5-12 . Our adult co-ed classes range in age from 15 years old to 50 years of age , all classes are beginner friendly in a comfortable fun family type attomosphere ... something we strive for in all our classes.

All members have the opportunity to compete in sanctioned Ontario Boxing Association competions across ontario, local Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments , MMA events in the U.S. & Muay Thai shows all over North America.
